Braving Private Practice Summer Cohort

Join Erica Tatum-Sheade, LCSW, and Ryan M. Sheade, LCSW for a 6-week closed-group intensive for a select group of professionals who are ready to either start or level up their private practices! 

Erica and Ryan are the co-owners of Integrated Mental Health Associates.  IMHA started in 2011 as a solo practice that in 2023 provided over 12,500 sessions by 13 incredible psychotherapists. 

Erica is a Certified Daring Way Facilitator and current Regional co-lead for Daring Way facilitators in the Rocky Mountain Southwest States region.  This group has been developed based on the theories and research of Dr. Brene Brown, Dr. Alfred Adler, Dr. Aaron Beck, and Dr. Irvin Yalom.  Over the course of six 90-minute sessions, participants will take a deep dive into what gets in the way and how to be more authentic in private practice.

This group is open to those currently in private practice, masters-level students, and those working within community mental health agencies looking to enhance their careers.
