G.E.M.S.® Facilitator Training — Two-Day Intensive for Clinicians, Educators & Community Leaders

Girls today are navigating a world filled with pressures, expectations, mixed messages, and constant comparison. They need spaces where they can breathe. Be brave. Be messy and magnificent. Be themselves.

The G.E.M.S.® (Girls Empowered, Motivated & Strong) Facilitator Training is a two-day immersive experience that equips helping professionals with the tools, mindset, and confidence to lead powerful empowerment groups for girls ages 8–14.

Grounded in Adlerian principles, identity development research, and culturally responsive practice, this 2-day training blends play-based interventions, storytelling, expressive arts, and leadership skills to help girls strengthen their sense of self-worth, courage, voice, belonging, and resilience.
